LMFT Supervision
Are you looking for a LMFT Supervisor? Are you a recent Graduate and looking to find a supervisor to help you navigate paperwork, board requirements, and getting started in your professional life? Or are you struggling with a good fit with your current supervisor and wanting more support and growth? Let talk about what supervision with me would look like!

Choosing a the right supervisor has an oversized impact on the start of your career as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. You are likely looking for a supervisor that practices in an area that you are interested in, will actually provide guidance in setting up a practice, or will teach you what your graduate program and internship or practicum didn't, or some combination of all three.

As someone with a decade of experience in varied Mental Health treatment settings, I can provide guidance in several types of settings. I have worked in public mental health, group practices, higher levels of care (inpatient), and higher education.

I decided to become a supervisor because I have a passion for teaching and mentoring. While I had a good experience with my supervisor, I have also heard many horror stories about bad fits, supervisors who just check the boxes without teaching or helping, and supervisors who are uninformed. I decided I wanted to be a supervisor to help cut back on those stories by being a supervisor who cares, teaches, and leads Associates into the profession with confidence they have everything they need to provide high quality counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
